Job Role
As a Vita Liberata Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for opening new and managing existing accounts to maximize profitability. You will work in individual small salon outlets as well as large retail department stores and carry out training and development of in-store consultants. You will be able to prepare strategic business plans for your area and work together with the rest of the company to implement these plans, while displaying outstanding commercial skills and strategic awareness.
The nature of this full-time position means that flexibility and passion are vital – you will be required to travel as the position incurs some overnight stays and weekend events. You must be computer-literate and possess a full, clean UK driving licence.

JOB 2 - Marketing executive :
Job description
Vita Liberata are looking for a marketing executive to be involved in developing marketing campaigns that promote Vita Liberata’s products, service. The role will include planning, advertising, public relations, organising events, digital marketing, social networking and raising brand awareness. The work is often challenging, varied and exciting.
Job Role
The correct candidate will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns such as:
• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications) or on the radio
• managing the production of marketing materials, including e-newsletters
• writing and proofreading copy;
• liaising with designers and printers;
• organising photo shoots;
• arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• maintaining and updating customer databases;
• organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars and receptions
• sourcing and securing sponsorship;
• conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
• contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies;
• managing budgets;
• evaluating marketing campaigns;
• monitoring competitor activity;
• supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
